Work Order System

Our system was created so that you will never lose any information throughout the process and completion of a work request. This includes the amount of times a tenant was contacted before work began, the amount and price of materials used, the amount of labor hours worked, and much more. Our “Ticket/Work Order” system lets us manage not only the work request, but all situations under the umbrella of that request. You will finally be able to keep all maintenance issues in order as they process and track each situation separately if wanted, but also keep it under the initial request that came in so that you will never lose information throughout the activity.
